"Platform" refers to the MasterShop.al website and related applications. "Seller" refers to any legal or natural person offering products through the Platform. "Buyer" refers to any registered business purchasing products through the Platform.
To use the Platform, you must register as a legitimate business with a valid NIPT. Each account is personal and cannot be transferred to third parties. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activities under your account.
An order is confirmed only after receiving email confirmation. Prices are displayed including VAT as per Albanian legislation. Accepted payment methods: bank transfer, credit/debit card, and cash on delivery.
Orders confirmed before 2:00 PM are delivered within 24-48 hours. Free delivery for orders over 10,000 ALL. Delivery to rural areas may take 48-72 hours.
Damaged or faulty products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. After approval, the product is replaced or refunded within 7 business days.

The Platform monitors sellers for product quality. However, ultimate responsibility lies with the seller. The Platform is not liable for disruptions caused by force majeure.
MasterShop.al reserves the right to change these terms. Changes take effect on the date of publication. Continued use of the Platform implies acceptance of the current terms.
